Priced for what we hope will be a quick sale

The real estate listing for our place has finally gone up and the response so far has been better than we had expected, not because there is anything wrong with our place but just because the market has been a little slow of late. The agent phoned me the day after the listing was published saying that he had already received five phone calls about it which is very encouraging. We have priced the house for a quick sale and obviously potential buyers have noticed this and are acting quickly on it which is great news for us and hopefully we will have a contract on the place very soon.
