Learning form the last time

Having been through the process of building a house before, and that last time being a bit of a headache, there were definitely things that we are going to be doing differently this time around. For starts, last time we were dealing with a number of different companies for different aspects of the build, which often caused delays, this time however we will be going with a company that offers a complete design and build service so that we don’t have the same issues as last time. We have been in talks with a company based up in Auckland and it is looking like we will be dealing with them.
