Garbage

I was walking home from school yesterday when I saw a filter Coffee on the street. I picked it up and threw it on the garbage bin. It was dirty and it cannot be used anymore. I hate it when people throw their trash anywhere. It seems that they do not care about the cleanliness of the surroundings. Trash thrown anywhere may clog the drainage system and bring about flood when it rains hard. I wish the government will penalize these people. The only problem is that, the person who throws garbage around cannot be easily identified unless caught red handed by the authorities.
