Reclaim your abs through diet

If you ever want to see your abs again, these are my demands.  You must feed me lean protein, preferably from grass fed beef, and free range, organically fed chicken.  If you enjoy seafood, it would be wise to purchase wisely and eat wild caught fish.  Some more abs diet tips would include lots of green tea with your meals.  In between meals, have a protein shake made with whole, unpasteurized milk, chia seeds, some goji berries, which are high in antioxidants, and some cocoa.  If you want to sweeten it, use something like agave nectar which has a low glycemic index.
