Cognitive therapy a boon for social anxities!

The way we act often dictates our psychological state. That means if we start to get into certain behavior patterns, we will suffer from the psychological state such behavior leads to. In some cases, we might have behavior patterns and thought patterns that lead to our anxious state of mind. Conversely, there may exist alternate behavior and thought patterns we could employ to reverse course and get us out of such a mental state. Understanding these triggers and the scenarios which lay the foundation to create them opens the door for the enhanced understanding needed to modify behavior to enact a viable social anxiety treatment.
