Her Amazing Transformation

My sister called me up today and told me her great news. She had lost a total of sixty pounds. I was so happy for her. I knew she had been following the jillian michaels weight loss plan for about six months now. Her weight has always been a struggle for her. But she finally found the program that worked for her and she is thrilled. She emailed me some pictures of her amazing transformation and I am impressed. Although I do not struggle with my weight, the program she uses has some very useful tips that I think I will start to follow.
