Taking the Easy Way Out

I was recently hired to manage a non profit organization for children. One important aspect of my job is to do fund raisers to raise money to send underprivileged children to college. When I did my first fund raiser, I had to plan a formal dinner event to solicit donations. I had absolutely no experience doing event planning. At first, I tried to do all the planning on my own, but failed miserable. So, I decided to contact event catering essex to do all of the hard work for me. At the end of the night, my guest were all telling me how great the event was.
