I have some property and need to get my office cleaned before placing offices to let in London. I figured this out very quickly you want the space to be appealing to the potential client. When they walk into the space you want them to see a clean environment for their company to work in. So today I have a cleaning company coming by to clean up offices and possibly a remodeling crew that can make offices appealing to the modern person. Another thing I’m thinking about is placing some ads in the local paper about these great offices to help potential clients find them in London.
