Guitar Hero

When guitar hero first came out, it was a pretty huge craze, and in some ways it hasn’t lost a lot of that initial popularity. It was great and popular because it gave those without any musical talent or knowledge the opportunity to play some of their favorite songs and favorite bands, without all the blisters and dedication it takes to play real guitars. However now some of the guitar hero like games are getting pretty ridiculous. I was at Best Buy the other day and saw that they sell smoke and lighting effects for the Rockband game. That’s when I began to wonder, “people aren’t planning to go on tour playing videogame instruments are they?” If it ever comes to that, things have gone too far.
